Registration

Online registration is open since March 21, 2012. Promotional rates are offered for early-bird registrations, student registrations, and joint ICBO + FOIS registrations. Registration fees include lunches, coffee and social events. See overview of registration fees.

Complimentary Registration

applies to (1) Keynote speakers for the conference in which their keynote is held;
(2) Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sponsors, for both ICBO + FOIS, for the number of people as specified in the sponsoring agreement;
(3) one organizer / presenter of a workshop / tutorial (for this workshop / tutorial only);
(4) members of the organizing institute (IMI);
(5) interested students (BSc, MSc, PhD) and lecturers of Graz universities (limited number, on a first come, first serve basis);
(6) FOIS workshop participants who are already registered for ICBO, due to the overlap of both events.

All people interested in and eligible for complimentary registration should send an e-mail with the header: "COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION" no later than July 6th to stefan.schulz [at] medunigraz.at. This message should contain a short justification . Furthermore they should specify the exact days and events they plan to attend here .

Local students and IMI members, by applying for complimentary registration, agree that they may be asked to offer minor technical and organizational support in exchange. Further information is provided by the local organizers. Meals are not provided for category 5 participants.

Passport and Visa

Please check the validity of your passport. According to your nationality you will need a Schengen visa. More information here.
